One of the standard forms we use, an MS Word doc, uses some basic fonts like Helvetica, Courier & so-on. These are loaded with suitcase, but when I open the doc, anything in Helvetica Bold shows as Lucinda (Word default font?). If I go to change it, I have the a font called Helvetica Bold 2. I can change it on my mac, but then it screws the doc for everyone else. WTF is going on? This hasn't always been like this - some dumbass on another shift has screwed something up!
